What a good morning!! I have always been scared of the scale , but today I had to know my weight for the doctor so I braved it and jumped on the scale expecting the worst considering last month I stopped calories restricting and I was completely prepared for weight gain but instead I got on the scale only to find I hit my goal weight of 135 lbs. without trying!! when I stopped sweating it so much that’s when good things started happening!! I can now say I did it and IT’S OKAY if it doesn’t last , at least I did it! Now i might chunk that scale out the window , cause I kicked its ass.

YES!!!! Sleeping at last is good for relaxing yoga, and this may sound kinda weird but you may not be the best at yoga, but The Weeknd can make feel like you are a freaking Goddess!

It’s actually normal for your lower stomach to stick out! Although, Sometimes if you have tight hips it pushes your hips forward and back pain! I know yoga helped me flatten my lower belly and helped my knee pain and tight hips, Try stretching your hip joints for a few minutes everyday, Hope this helps!

As in restaurants? Here in the south there aren’t many, If any vegan options so you have to be creative and careful!! In general? NO. Unlike what some say vegans don’t eat only lettuce all day! I have pancakes, Waffles, “Yogurt”, “Cheese”, Veggie burgers, Donuts, Cake, Pizza, and all sorts of fun things! If you make your own food you can have typically not so healthy things, Be nutritious!

No!! Look at it like this dogs can’t have chocolate! Why you ask? Because of the sugar! But, Dogs can have things like Bananas and Watermelon (Not the seeds!) So, If your furry friend can have it, so can you plus have some Chocolate sometimes and don’t stress! Eat your bananas and eat your chocolate covered bananas!

Dancing! I’ve been in every type of dance but ballet is the only one I still do and have a passion for! Baking! Because Baking=Food!! Drawing! I got a drawing kit for Christmas and almost cried! Reading/Word finds! If you haven’t noticed I am a nerd/Little old lady, so naturally I love reading and LOVE word finds! Medical Terminology/ My job! I love my job as a nurse! it’s stressful, but worth it when you’re saving lives and helping people, But on my down time I love to study medical terms and Watch surgeries on YouTube, when I can’t sleep I’ll watch an open heart surgery and it puts me to sleep, I’m fascinated by anything medical (Could you guess my favorite shows Grey’s Anatomy!) So I guess you could say I’m a geek!
So much respect for anyone who wasn’t born into a healthy lifestyle and found it for themselves
Don’t let weight loss run your life. Yes eat healthy. Yes workout. Don’t miss a chance at spending time with friends or having a relationship because you need to workout or you worry about eating out. It’s hard not to obsess sometimes but not obsessing can get you amazing things and to amazing places.
